From the site’s development and design in mid-2013 through its launch in early 2014, I have been the sole consultant for this new and growing eCommerce venture. Responsibilities include marketing planning and growth strategy, web development, email marketing management, and direct mail marketing.

Through various positions over almost ten years, I helped this site grow from its inception to a now multi-million dollar-per-year eCommerce enterprise. My responsibilities ranged from sales and Internet marketing to web development. My breadth of work for this company is extensive and includes web and graphic design, copywriting, web and PHP development, email marketing campaign management, and many other specialized marketing & communication tasks. & Elements of Carytown (2010 – 2013)

Marketing, Design & Development

In 2010, I worked with a team to create and launch the brand Elements Beauty. With a local retail presence in Richmond’s Carytown and an online store, Elements had two very different marketing needs and target audiences. Using multiple marketing strategies, I built both a local and a national retail brand.

Primary Eyecare / (2009 – 2011)

Marketing & eCommerce Manager

A local eye care facility had a growing eyewear boutique and sought to increase in-office retail traffic and patient load, while also launching an eCommerce venture. Using both locally-focused and Internet marketing strategies, I was able to both increase interest in the retail locations and bring new traffic in through the online site.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Sponsorship sales and marketing for a non-profit professional association. My position included budget planning, marketing initiatives, and trade show management.

Sales Representative

Projects – Pharmaceutical brand development and product launch, including marketing concept design and web development. – A pharmaceutical company rebranding effort with an expanded web presence and a more specific, direct-to-patient marketing strategy. – An offshoot of CPAP Supply USA, this project is currently grossing over $50k per month in sales. Launched on the Magento platform in 2012. – B2B-focused eCommerce site launched on Magento in 2013.
